    Quality Analyst (QA)

    Experience: 0–6 months

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and evaluate recorded/live customer calls.
    • Give structured feedback to agents.
    • Assist in preparing QA audit reports.
    • Identify training needs from quality gaps.
    • Learn QA software and tools.

    Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with good listening & documentation skills
