Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate recorded/live customer calls.
Give structured feedback to agents.
Assist in preparing QA audit reports.
Identify training needs from quality gaps.
Learn QA software and tools.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate with good listening & documentation skills
